    You submit your event or announcement using a simple template.

  2. Amplify

    We amplify it through The Collective's channels and partner network.

  3. Distribute

    We add it to the national calendar with cross-club boosts.

The structure

How it works

  1. Join clusters

    Clubs join under clusters (e.g., IEEE cluster, developer clubs cluster).

  2. Focal points

    Each cluster has a focal point for coordination.

  3. Coordinate

    Through a WhatsApp community, shared calendar, opportunities board, and projects hub.

  4. Lead meetings

    Monthly lead meetings plus an annual student-leaders meetup.

What we expect

Attend the monthly leads call (45 mins).

Collaborate

Collaborate with at least one other cluster per semester (we'll facilitate intros).

Ground rules

Standards & safety

No spam. No hate. No harassment. No misuse of branding, data, or community platforms.

Enforcement

Breaches are reviewed case by case; repeated or serious misuse means removal from the council.
